Emily advises railroad clients and represents them in all stages of litigation and appeal, with particular emphasis on FELA litigation. She also handles insurance defense litigation and some construction law. Emily earned her JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004 and BA from the University of Minnesota in 2000.
Kristen works with the firm’s attorneys and their clients on railroad and general liability matters. She earned her paralegal certificate from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA. Prior to joining the firm Kristen was a paralegal at Meagher & Geer, PLLP.
