Paul Almen focuses his practice in the area of construction law, construction defect law, and real estate litigation, assisting sureties, owners, associations, contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors with a variety of matters.  Paul’s clients appreciate his knowledge from his prior experience working in the construction industry and count on Paul’s efficient practices and his steadfast commitment to client-centeredness. 

Paul’s practice also involves representation of buyers, sellers, and owners in various aspects of real estate transactions and boundary disputes.  Whether the course of a case results in mediation, arbitration, or litigation, Paul is adept at assisting clients throughout the process.

Paul has  been named a Rising Star® by Minnesota Law & Politics from 2014-16.

When not working with clients, Paul tries to keep up with his two beautiful girls, plays music, seeks new biking and hiking routes, and, true to his Minnesota roots, watches and plays hockey whenever he can.
